Rental Policies
- Age Requirement: Renters must be between 21 and 65 years old.
- Driver’s Licence: A valid driver’s licence is required for the renter and every approved additional driver.M
- Minimum Rental Period: 2 days.
- Maximum Rental Period: 14 days. Customers needing the vehicle for a longer period must contact us and complete a new booking or extension.
- Mileage: There is no mileage limit.
- Permitted Regions: Rental vehicles may only be driven within Regions 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10 unless written approval is provided by Austin’s Auto Dealership.
- Security Deposit: A compulsory US$200 refundable security deposit is required for every rental.
- Optional Full Coverage: Full coverage protection is available for an additional US$100, subject to the terms and exclusions of the rental agreement.
- Fuel: Customers may return the vehicle with a full tank at no additional fuel charge, or select the US$50 fuel option and return the vehicle without refilling.
- Additional Drivers: Additional approved drivers may be added for US$5. All additional drivers must meet the rental requirements.
- Unauthorized Drivers: Only drivers listed and approved on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.
- Smoking: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the vehicle.
- Late Returns: Late-return charges may be deducted from the security deposit.
- Traffic Tickets: Any traffic tickets, fines or penalties incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility and may be deducted from the security deposit.
- Lost Keys: The cost of replacing a lost or damaged key will be deducted from the security deposit. If the replacement cost exceeds the deposit, the renter will be responsible for the outstanding balance.
- Accidents/Damage: Any accident, collision, theft or damage must be reported to Austin’s Auto Dealership immediately.

- We’ll review your request and email you a link showing the vehicles available for your selected dates, along with the daily rental rates.
- Select your preferred vehicle and confirm your booking.
- Complete payment and deposit requirements to secure the reservation.
- Collect your vehicle at the confirmed date and time after verification of your driver’s licence and required documents.
- Complete the online booking form with your rental dates and contact information.
- We’ll review your request and email you a link showing the vehicles available for your selected dates, along with the daily rental rates.
